Enabling OEM Database Control on EBS R12

Hi All,

I was trying to enable database control on our EBS R12 installation by running the following command:

$ emca -config dbcontrol db -repos create

But I am getting an error message as below:

EM Configuration issue. /u01/applclone/db/tech_st/11.1.0/apps1.napocor.gov.ph_CLONE not found.

How can I enable our installation''s database control.

Thanks in advance for all suggestions.
