Interface Move Transactions to Oracle Assets | Transaction Failed

Hello,

I have executed Interface Move Transactions to Oracle Assets concurrent program after doing misc issue (all quantity) for a particular item.

Now when I run the request transaction fails with the following message in output:-

                        Move Transactions Report

                         ------------------------

  Summary :-

  -------

  Total     : 1

  Processed : 0

  Failed    : 1

  Failed Transactions - Details

  -----------------------------

Any idea why this is failing?
