Could not reserve record [&COUNT tries]. Keep trying? in Service Contract form(While click on 'Open
Hi All,
While opening a contract and clicking on 'Open for Update' button, error is coming as 'Could not reserve record [&COUNT tries]. Keep trying?' After clicking on OK button, no message is coming and user is not able to update service contract.
I have checked Doc ID 763444.1 (Explained: Error "Could not reserve record [2 trys], Keep trying" ) for this and found that patch 521783 is already applied on our instance.
What could be done to remove this? We are on 11.5.10.2 instance.
