Payroll Costed Not transferred to GL

I have a requirement where I am trying to fetch all the records which have been costed but are not yet transferred to GL. While developing the code, I need to use the interlock tables also. Can any one help me with a better understanding of these payroll interlock tables and how do I use them with other payroll tables.

Also if some one has build something similar to above, please share the SQL code.
