Primary database refresh

We have two node RAC(11.2.0.3) on Windows 2008R2 and this as a Primary database. Also we have two node RAC(11.2.0.3) on Windows 2008R2 as Standby database. Redo shipping working fine now. We are going to refresh the Primary database using logical backup. Do we need to recreate the Physical Standby database now after refreshing Primary database. If we need to recreate Physical standby what are the steps needs to follow.
