Updating third party email addresses in Teleservice Module ver12.1.3 in R12

Hi there, i have a request from my client to update a third party email address on Tele service ver 12.1.3 in R12. They are currently not receiving their notifications and i need to update the email address. Can someone please maybe assist me in which screen i need to update this emai information? Thank you.

I managed to get to the resource details, but no email address which i need to update.
