How to apply Quarterly Full Stack Patch For Oracle Exadata Apr 2014?

Hi all,

we have Exadata X3-2 and we want apply the Quarterly Full Stack Patch For Oracle Exadata Apr 2014. What is the correct order? Infiniband - Storage Server - GI - DB? There is a master script to call the involved patches?

Also, can we upgrade a database from 11.2.0.3 to 12.1.0.1 directly with this patch?
