Beginner's question but I can't find the answer.

I have read the documentation and I can see that it is possible to schedule batches of reports through workspace.  I am able to find the scheduling wizard and work through the steps but when it comes to selecting the batch to schedule, I have none.  I have looked and looked and can't quite figure out how to save a couple of reports as a batch that I could then select to schedule.  I know this is a rookie question but I was thrown into Hyperion support with no training and I am struggling a bit.  Any help anyone can
