Oracle default accounts are not loading into the sysman MGMT repository

Hi,

I have created a monitoring template (create like) using the out of box "Oracle Certified-Enable Database Security Configuration Metrics" template, this template will collect the security configuration data and load into MGMT repository. It collected almost all the data but for some reason it didn't loaded Oracle default accounts? I don't see any data in the view MGMT$DB_ESM_DEFAULTACCOUN, I am assuming default accounts information should load into this view or else is it a false assumption? Also in the template (from the other collected items tab), I can see collection settings for "Default Install and Demo Accounts" and "
