URL shows in taskbar, instead of application name

Our network administrator made some changes to a workstation (including restoring browser defaults).  After the user logged back into OneWorld, the URLs of the different JDE applications she has open are showing on the task bar, instead of the application names.  For example, when I open the address book, "Work With Addresses" shows on my task bar.  For this user, it's a URL.  When she opens non JDE web sites, those names show up normally on the task bar.

Does anyone have a suggestion as to how to fix this?  She is using IE 10 with EnterpriseOne 9.0.
