Any one got Hot fix for issue - Email notification sent even if Notification is disabled at user pre

Has any one got hot fix for Agile 9.3.1 for the issue "Email notification sent even if Notification is disabled at user preference"?

I saw there is a bug that was created and it was fixed in 9.3.3. We don't have immediate plans to go for an upgrade.

But if there is hot fix available I would like to post an Oracle SR for the same.
