Requisition Email Notification shows wrong approval sequence list

Hello

We are in R12.13, we are seeing an issue that in Requisition Approval Email Notification showing different/wrong Approval Sequence List when compared what was actually seeing from application or from the table.

PFA screen shots, please advise..
