Bank Accounts Access Restriction at User or Responsibility Level in R12

Hi Guys,

Can we restrict few bank accounts at one responsibility or user or few ones at other responsibility under one Legal entity and operating uni.

For Example:

LE: Canada Transportation Inc ,

Operating Unit:  Canada Transportation Inc OU  

Bank Accounts:   West Bank Ltd Acct # 001

                           East Commercial Bank Acct # 003

User-1   : should have access and can seen Bank account: West Bank Ltd Acct # 001  in cash management, account payable modules etc

User-2 : should have access and can seen Bank account: East Commercial Bank Acct # 003  in cash management, account payable modules etc
