Need to send replenishment signal thru barcode gun for Kanban planned item

Dear Group,

I have to implement Kanban Planning.

Business need is to replenish sub-inventory A from Sub-inventory B with in the same warehouse (inventory organization).

Core technician work on the production line and use sub-inventory A for their regular material consumption.

So sub-inventory A is regularly go out of stock.

This is why business want Kanban to be implemented. Thus, as and when technician will want or when his/her sub-inventory A goes out of stock, using barcode gun, he can scan the pre-printed Kanban card and create a Move Order for the material replenishment.

Here the chanllenge is - how to send 'Replenishment' signal to Oracle EBS using barcode gun by reading pre-printed Kanban card, so that Replenishment Move Order is created.
