12c Management Agent Error - LongOpManager$ZombieDetection:719

Hello All

We are running latest OMS 12c and agent on one of the IBM AIX 6.1 machine giving lot of these error messages:

Message=Internal error detected: java.lang.Throwable:oracle.sysman.gcagent.tmmain.execution.LongOpManager$ZombieDetection:719.

Could someone please tell me what it is and how to fix it.
