EAM Work Orders

Hi,

Is there a way work orders can be entered in bulk?

Here is the situation:

1. We implemented several Oracle EBS modules over the past 2 years.

2. Included were Inventory and EAM.

3. Due to the nature of our business, a number of contractors perform jobs for us, estimate 100 works per day for 6 locations.

4. When the work is completed, a physical work order form is prepared by the contractors and submitted to our data entry clerks.

5. The clerks then enter the work orders in Self Service EAM. Estimated 200 work orders have to be processed by each clerk.

6. The contractors also prepare their invoices weekly, detailing all the work that they performed for the week using the duplicate of the physical work order form.
