While applying merge patch in Production during patching - Error while calling aidjawkExitJavaWorker

Hi,

While applying merge patch got the below error.

AD Worker error:

Error while getting status from ad_util_params

AD Worker error:

ORA-03113: end-of-file on communication channel

AD Worker error:

aidjawkInsertTask() returned with error...!!

AD Worker error:

The above program failed.  See the error messages listed

above, if any, or see the log and output files for the program.

Time when worker failed: Sat May 03 2014 23:53:50

AD Worker error:

The following ORACLE error:

ORA-03114: not connected to ORACLE

occurred while executing the SQL statement:

UPDATE fnd_install_processes

SET status = 'F'

WHERE worker_id = 15

AD Worker error:

Error while deleting row from ad_util_params.
