RPM Complex Promotions

Hi all,

Complex Promotions are not working if the Selling UOM is Meters or Yards for an item.Only Simple Promotions are working.Can anyone please tell me the problem why the complex promotions are not working if Selling UOM is Meters or Yards.We are using 13.2.6 version.
