How to configure Streams with source schema name different from destination schema name for TABLE-LE

Hi,

Can anyone please suggest me that how to configure STREAMS (table-level) with the Source schema name different from destination schema name.

I've also followed

How to TRANSFORM a Schema Name in Streams using Declarative Rule Transformations (Doc ID 784126.1)

but it's explaining SCHEMA-level Replication,I'll be very much thankful if anybody could guide me through table-level replication with different SCHEMA's name in separate DB's.
