Employee Directory to use Position Hierarchy instead of Supervisor
When the Employee Directory is populated it utilises the Supervisor data to build the hierarchy of reports. Is it possible to switch this to use the position hierarchy? I assume that we would have to use the Customer Overrides functionality to control the data populated into the Employee Directory i.e. determine the person's supervisor by utilising the position hierarchy details instead.
Has anyone had to tackle this?
