Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Which JDK to use with Weblogic Server

I want to upgrade the JDK on our server that is used to start Weblogic.

When looking at the below page For Linux 64 I see 2 files (jdk-7u55-linux-x64.rpm and jdk-7u55-linux-x64.tar.gz).

Anyone can tell me which one I should use and what is the different between them.
