Oracle 10g RAC voting disk

Hy, this my first dicussion, i hope to make all right.

I have a system composed by two node:

RHEL 5.2 x32 bit

Oracle clusterware 10.2.0.4.0 (x32)

Oracle RDBMS 10.2.0.4.0 (x32)

I planned to migrate system on a new storage.

Connected with oracle user , when i query voting disk status i have this output:

[oracle@db01 ~]$  crsctl query css votedisk

0.     0    /voting_1/voting_1.crs

1.     0    /voting_2/voting_2.crs

located 2 votedisk(s).

Connected with root user , when i query voting disk status i have this output:

[root@db01 ~]# crsctl query css votedisk
