Personalization in Supplier Hub page

Hi Gurus,

My customer asks if it is possible to personalization the Supplier page for certain user/responsibility :

1-To remove the "Publish Supplier" Button in Supplier/profile management/search result zone.

2-To remove the list of values "Language" in the "Address Details" zone.

Like him, I have tested the framework personalization and set the rendered option to false for both Button and List Of Values, it has no impact.
