Did not pick up allocation

HI,

   I have created a new allocation rule by performing the following below.

   1. Fill up required fields in the Allocation Rule window

   2. Fill up Source, Targets and Basis window

   3. Run PRC: Generate Allocations Transactions

    Upon checking on the Review Allocation Runs, no allocation was pick up for specific expenditure type.

   Kindly advise the reason for this?
