Pick Selection List Generation completing with warning for CTO process

Hi Friends,

I have created sales order CTO Model item and production completed for the same.

Now CTO Item sales order line status is Awaiting Shipping. Whenever i have tried to perform Pick release transaction,  Pick Selection List Generation program is completing with warning and SO line back ordered.

Please refer attached log file and help me on the same
