After upgrading Siebel from 8.1.1.7 to 8.1.1.11, Windows service is failing

Hi team,

After upgrading Siebel from 8.1.1.7 to 8.1.1.11, I found the below Windows 2008 R2 services are failing to start:

OracleISMP_SES_48277ConfigurationManager

and OracleISMP_SES_57058ConfigurationManager

I checked the services and found they are calling

s:\sba81\ccr\bin\nmz.exe s:\sba81\ccr\hosts\<FQN server name>

and t:\sba81\ccr\bin\nmz.exe t:\sba81\ccr\hosts\<FQN server name>

Are these services installed during the upgrade?

Should these be removed automatically after upgrade?

Is it safe to remove them manually?

Please help!
