April 2014 CPU patch for Oracle E-Business Suite Release 11i

Hi,


We are trying to determine what patches that are required for April 2014 CPU patch.
Below are some details about our system.
EBS version: 11.5.10.2
DB Version: 10.2.0.5.0
Patch Level: 11i.ATG_PF.H.delta.6
MOS note we are referring: 1614525.1


I guess below are the patches we need to apply. Can someone confirm?

For ebs: CPU Jan 2014 (Patch: 17631891)

For DB: July 2013 (Patch 16742123)


There is a note on oracle java upgrade. Does it really necessary? Is this affect the CPU patch anyway?


Also there are another security alert "Security Alert for OpenSSL Heartbleed vulnerability CVE-2014-0160". Can someone explain more on this? Is this required to apply along with CPU in our DB?
