Migrate from 11202 2 node RAC to 1201 2 node RAC

We have a 2.5 TB database that is running on 11202 (both GI and RDBMS) Solaris 10, within next few months we will get new machines to install Solaris 11 and Oracle 12c , again 2 node RAC. After that we have to migrate that 2.5TB database to new set of servers. What would be the best strategy to migrate to 12c with minimum downtime ? We have one table that account 90% of the entire DB size and it has one BLOB column that stores all the images. Could you please suggest some choices available to migrate this DB to 12cR1?
