BI Publisher - Quarterly and Annual Totals in Same Pivot Table for Multiple Years?

I have a BI Publisher pivot table put together shows the vendor spend for each quarter (example below). The data source has a field that converts the Accounting date to a Quarter format (To_char(accounting_dt,'yyyy-Q'). The Columns are grouped by the Quarter Field and the Rows are grouped by vendor name with Monetary Value as the table value. Currently the Pivot Table gives a total for each quarter across the table and then a grand total at the end. I am looking to keep the quarterly totals in tact but add an additional column after each 4 quarters to give an
