How to use the Spread Discount with in Pricing Procedure along with Discount Matrices

Hello Friends,

We have requirement, we use the customizable products and priced in the designer as shown in the below and we discounts at the top root level products.

  1. We want to use the Siebel Pricing Discount Matrices to give the Discounts. Is Discount Matrices support or work on the Customizable Products? If so does it will give discounts to the child components defined the CXP?
  2. The challenging part here is how to cascade or distribute the discounts Proportionately across the customizable product component line items on Quote/Order. I thought of using the Spread Discount logic, invoking the Spread Discount logic within the Pricing Procedure workflow. Is it possible?
