OEM 12c Patching error

Hello

We have just installed OEM Cloud Control 12c on Linux and I am trying to test the Patching & Provisioning functionality.  I have a test database running 11.2.0.4 on Windows Server 2012 and am trying to apply the recommended 11.2.0.4.4 patch bundle.  I created the Patch Plan, added the patch, specified deployment options and now during validation it's erring saying there is a problem with the destination Oracle Home (even though when I specified it in the deployment screen it validated successfully).  Here is the error:

'uname' is not recognized as an internal or external command,

operable program or batch file.

I've been unable to find a solution on MOS.  Any ideas out there?
