Best Practices for Product Modelling

Hi everyone,

I have been researching Tech Support as well as Web to find out if there are any best practices related to product modelling in Siebel but failed to find any such documentation. Is there a document that anyone has and can share which details some of those practices that will help us define products? We dont need the material that is deeply technical but the one that details it at a bit high level or even functional viewpoint

Please advise
