Journal Entry lines amount changed

1. is there any possibility that when i upload a JE through WEBADI, the amount of certain lines is changed when they are uploaded to Oracle  but, the debit and credit is balanced

2. the journal is uploaded through webadi and completes with warning, is not uploaded to ORacle, i try to re upload and then it works but gets duplicated.
