How to remove a node in a Multi-Node System, shared appltop in EBS 12.2

We found steps mentioned on Bug 1735436

We run the ebs-delete-node option of the adProvisionEBS.pl, this seems to worked fine, However, it is mentioned that ebs-delete-node option will not delete the contents of the file system and this has to be done manually by the customer


What files should be deleted considering that this is a  shared appltop.
