iProcurement error

I am attempting to purchase an item in iProcurement from an eAM work order.  I can select an item from the catalog place it in my cart but when I attempt to checkout I am getting an error that the item is not valid for the deliver to location.  My iProcurement preferences are the same as the Location on my eAM department.  Cah you help with this error.
