How to enable or configure eTax for a New OU in an Upgraded eBTax

We have multiple OU's using upgraded  r12 eBtax  and would like to create anothe OU and enable eBtax for this new OU. Is this possible and what are the steps to complete eBtax enablement fot the new OU. Can we use the existing  upgraded Tax Regime (i.e. define new tax, tax statuses, tax rules,....). What is the approach and is there any documentation or documented steps.
