Attachment error in JDE E1 9.1.4

Hi,

WE have an upgrade at one of our client to JDE E1 Ver 9.1.4, I am having one problem with the attachment. For eg: I created a Sales Order and when I try to attach a text to a Sales Order line it doesn't show me the Text button in the attachment option. I tried this in internet explorer, chrome, firefox but everywhere its a same issue.

Can someone let me know if its a bug or a setup issue. How can a get rid of it ?
