Oracle LCM processing delays within Inter Org Transfers to our Distribution Center.

We are on R12.1.3, 11.2.0.2.0, utilizing Oracle Landed Cost Manager, Container Based Receiving.

The distribution ceneter utilizes Manhattan WMS.

Recently, we are seeing processing delays within Inter Org Transfers to our Distribution Center.

Does anyone have a good place to start, MOS DOC_ID, BLOG to begin trying to isolate the issue?
