Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Data not populating in Payload tables

We have created Simple and Multi-Buy Promotions in 13.1.7 and the data is not populated in Payload tables , can any one help me on this.
