P4210 field UITM not editable

In the P4210 when the error comes 013M Item is Obsolete UITM related to the field, you can not edit the field but you have to exit and reenter. I don't understand why is blocked ?  The field is blocked with all the error. This thing does not happen in the P4310.

Can you help me please ?
