Generating Defer/Expedit message for parts

We have made a custom program to calculate WO requested dates, depending on capacity of any work centers. We implement the change of dates by creating Defer/Expedite messages (messages type D/E in F3411). We execute theses messages (R3411) dans dates are changed on the WOs.

Then we launch R3482 (generation type 5, but we also tried with generation type 1), and we expect to have D/E messages generated for the existing Parts WO, related to the BOM of the Parent WOs changed above.

- if we delete 'D/E' messages of the parent WOs (I don't see any other way than SQL), which are already processed, before running R3482 : this work fine, message D/E are generated for parts WO.
