11.5.10.2 : Patch 17851150 hangs on javaload with error in worker logs

hi,

Applying patch 17851150 as as preqrequisite to patch 17631900 (OA with 11i.ATG_PF.H RUP7:CPU Patch for Jan 2014) the patch hangs when loading contents of archive file into database with arguments  with the following error in 2 adworker logs (uploaded):

AD Worker error:

Unable to allocate memory in procedure aiumab().

(num_needed=5120) > (max_allocatable[record_type]=4096) and record_type = 8

This appears to be a similar issue to that in Note 1604018.1 : 11.5.10.2 : Patch Fails With Memory Error : Unable to allocate memory in procedure aiumab(). (Doc ID 1604018.1)
