ERROR Leaving sendMimeMsgOnSMTPImpl with an error return code : <29>

tr 8.98.4.1

Is activated the in production functionality   for sending SMS to customer, but some mails sending from JDE to SMSmasivos(thirty party) are getting error message SMTP server: "eMailboxUnavailable: Unable to get handle for mailbox - SendMail".

1_from where can I start to search, view, investigate..?

2_but rarely it process ok without problem , ...but some SMS get this error, like intermitent

3_what is the kernel hold this process? emtadata?
