Windows 64 bit CPUAPR2014 availability?

We are running 11.2.0.3.0 on Windows Server 2008 VM.

My question is:  Is Patch 30 the Critical Patch Update for April 2014 (for this platform), or a Patchset Update (PSU)?  I don't see anything in Patch 18372244 that says "CPU", and I'm wondering if it comes out later.
