Using Web ADI and GL_BUDGET_INTERFACE

Hi Guys,

I'd like to load budget journals by Wed ADI and also by GL_BUDGET_INTERFACE, but my budget is checked "Require Budget Journals", so just accept Wed ADI, is there any way to accept Web ADI and GL_BUDGET_INTERFACE to load through Budget > Enter > Upload?
