Orarrp on Windows 7 64-bit

Our organization has recently upgraded to Windows 7 64-bit and I am now experiencing issues with my forms utilitizing blind printing using the orarrp application.  Nothing has changed on the OAS (10gR2).  I have installed orarrp.exe to C:\Program Files (x86) so the OS should recognize it as a 32-bit application.  I have also checked the registry keys for Oracle.orarrp in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT to ensure the value is correct and that the system and user both have permissions on the keys.  I have also changed the permissions to give the system and user access to the .exe and .ini files in the
