Intercomany AR invoice not get generated, records are got stuck in interface table with 'Invalid val

Hi Team,

We performed Intercompany process setup in dev instance in R12 instance. After running the Autoinvoice Master program with source type 'Intercompany' records are got stuck in ra_interface_errors_all table with 'Invalid Value' error (16-May-14)

I verfied all the date related columns all are populated as 'xx-mmm-yyyy time stamp. But for all intercompany AR invoices records are got stuck with same error. Could you please help on this, how to find out which field is having that value.
