Workflow Business Events examples in iRecruitment (Doc ID 788748.1)

Hi,

I'm trying to send confirmation email to candidates who applied a vacancy in iRecruitment. Since this is not a seeded functionality, I followed the note (as above).

 

This document indeed a step by step instruction. However, I could not find the name of Workflow Item Type and Workflow Process Name. Are these need to be per-defined?

Has anyone done this before?

- Enter XXHR_IRC_ASSIGNMENT_STATUS in Workflow Process Name field.
