P43081 PO Approvals for APP 9.0 TR 9.1.3.1

Hello,

Recently it was discovered our system is reacting differently with regard to approving changes in a previously approved PO:

1) At one time if the change was an additional line, the previously approved line would have APPROVED in the description field of P43081 in the Approval Review screen.  This would give the approver some indication as to what was changed and needed reveiw on the order for the additional approval.  Something has caused this to go away.  Reapprovals appear as they do originally (nothing in description field).

2) Also on P43081 application the inital screen has fields in the header (on the right)
