TIPS about Build&Deploy processing

Hi,

I refer to: server, services, bkp processing, ..so on, ..what is the best option to take in mind on stop/start/hold/ to do BEFORE currently is:

1_building package

2_deploying package

I means,:

1_can user login jde and work without problem? or could be an performance impact, ...?

2_don't stop DB services to do bkp

3_..?
